Measuring 77 × 63 cm, it is numbered NGI.1164 at the National Gallery of Ireland in Dublin, which purchased it in 1948.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe sitter is Mary Tighe (1772–1810), an Anglo-Irish poet best known for Psyche; or, the Legend of Love.
