Shipping policy
Shipping and delivery times
Each piece is printed to order so that production is tailored to the selected medium and size.
Estimated delivery times in Europe
- Posters: 5 business days
- Canvas prints: 8 business days
- Framed pieces: 12 business days
These are estimates in business days and may vary according to the size, destination and carrier.
We deliver throughout Europe. For other destinations, the estimated delivery time and rate are confirmed at checkout.
All shipments include tracking and are handled by a carrier suited to the format and destination. Shipping fees and any free-delivery thresholds are displayed in the local currency of each market.
Our canvas prints are made in France and Germany, and our frames are made in Poland. For some destinations outside Europe, production may take place locally to reduce delivery time, transport and the risk of import charges.
Depending on the destination and carrier, delivery to a collection point may be available. Contact us before ordering to check this option via our contact form.
Taxes, customs duties and import charges
Our aim is to avoid unexpected charges on delivery. Checkout displays the taxes and duties calculated for your address. When an amount appears on a “taxes” or “duties” line, it is collected when you place the order. Carrier handling or customs-clearance fees are included only when they are explicitly shown at checkout.
When an artwork is produced in your country or in the same customs territory, it normally does not cross an import border. When it is shipped from abroad, the following rules may apply:
European Union
VAT is included in the displayed price. Orders delivered within the European Union are produced and dispatched from the EU, so no import duty is expected.
United Kingdom
UK VAT is calculated at checkout. For an imported consignment valued above £135, import VAT, possible customs duties and carrier fees may be due before delivery.
United States
Sales tax is calculated at checkout where applicable. For an item produced outside the United States, duties, taxes and customs-clearance fees may apply. The general “de minimis” exemption was suspended on 29 August 2025, so a low order value no longer guarantees that no import charge will be due.
Canada
GST/HST, provincial taxes, possible duties and customs-clearance fees depend on the value, the shipment’s origin and the carrier. Calculated amounts are displayed at checkout; a balance or brokerage fee may be collected before delivery.
Australia
GST is calculated at checkout where applicable. Imports valued above AUD 1,000 may incur border taxes, duties and customs-clearance charges.
New Zealand
GST is calculated at checkout where applicable. Above NZD 1,000, duty, GST and customs-clearance charges may be collected. Handling levies may also be passed on by the carrier.
Singapore
GST is calculated at checkout for eligible low-value goods. Above SGD 400, or depending on the shipping method, import GST and fees may be collected by customs or the carrier.
Switzerland, Norway, Iceland and other destinations
Local VAT/GST, possible duties and customs-clearance fees may be due depending on the country, value, origin and customs classification. Checkout displays the amounts that can be calculated; any amount not collected may be requested by customs or the carrier before delivery.
In short: please review the checkout summary. If no duty line appears for an international shipment, this does not always guarantee that no charge will be requested on arrival. If you are unsure before purchasing, contact us with the delivery country, medium and required size.
Information checked on 9 October 2026. Rules and thresholds can change; the customs authority in the delivery country remains the definitive source.
